My mini muffin papers were actually too big, so I did not use paper, but sprayed the muffin tins with PAM, so happy that they popped out. I did not have mini chips, so I chopped the chips in the cuisinart, and spooned it as directed, and the second batch, I used dark brown sugar, as it was all I had, they were delicious!
